Refund and Returns Policy

At AQUA TIDE SDN. BHD., we are committed to providing high-quality aquarium supplies, fish food, pumps, filters, stones, and decorations designed to support a healthy and thriving aquatic environment. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return and cancellation policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Return requests must be submitted via email to aqua_tide@outlook.com within the 30-day window.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at aqua_tide@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return (see policy above).

Exceptions

Return shipping costs are not covered by AQUA TIDE SDN. BHD. unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in original condition.

  • Clearance or promotional items.
